Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid Innlead software subscriptions supplied by Codes Orbit. Innlead is a digital service; no physical goods are shipped, returned, or exchanged.

Customers may cancel a subscription before its next renewal through the available account or billing controls, or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available until that period ends unless the account is terminated for misuse.

Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current monthly or annual subscription period.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the service has been made available. We will, however, review requests involving a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, an unauthorized transaction reported promptly, a material service failure that we cannot reasonably correct, or any refund required by applicable law.

Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, unused subscription time, failure to cancel before renewal, third-party platform restrictions, or dissatisfaction caused by matters outside Innlead's reasonable control. Each request is assessed fairly on its facts and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Email fahad@innlead.com or call (051) 8356104. Include your name, Innlead account email, transaction date, amount, invoice or transaction reference, and the reason for the request. Do not send complete card details.

We aim to decide a complete refund request within seven business days. If approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within ten business days. The customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
